CONNECT TO AN APOSTOLIC PLATFORM

CONNECT TO AN APOSTOLIC GRACE Tayo Onaleye Acts 27. 24  Saying, Fear not, Paul; thou must be brought before Caesar: and, lo, *God hath given thee all them that sail with thee.* 34  Wherefore I pray you to take some meat: for this is for your health: *for there shall not an hair fall from the head of any of you.* Just as God used Moses to lift over 3 million Jews out of Egypt, Apostles have the grace to cover everyone under their watch. Every Apostolic calling carries specific grace and anointing. Certain things go with each calling. Because of Apostle Paul everyone on the ship with him was covered....they were protected because of Paul. Locate an Apostolic platform that offers something you need. Then connect with that Apostolic platform. Listen to the messages. Words transmit grace. Words transmit anointing. Whatever that Apostolic platform carries will rub off on you as you connect. It will flow towards you because you're connected. Peace unto yo...

ADMINISTER YOUR GRACE

INTENTIONALLY ADMINISTER YOUR APOSTOLIC GRACE Tayo Onaleye Acts 27. 24  Saying, Fear not, Paul; thou must be brought before Caesar: and, lo, *God hath given thee all them that sail with thee.* 34  Wherefore I pray you to take some meat: for this is for your health: *for there shall not an hair fall from the head of any of you.* If you're an apostle you carry a grace that can be transferred to others. There's a definite grace that God has placed upon your life. You must recognize this grace and begin to intentionally impart it to people. Apostle Paul had a grace upon him that covered those in the same ship with him. He to told the Philippians that they were partakers of his grace. Phi 1:7 Even as it is meet for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart; inasmuch as both in my bonds, and in the defence and confirmation of the gospel, *ye all are partakers of my grace.* Rom 1:11 For I long to see you, *that I may impart unto you some spiritu...

MAINTAIN VERY CLEAR AUTHORITY LINES

Tayo Onaleye Act 26:14  And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. Act 26:16  But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee; Act 26:17  Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee, Dear minister, There are times some assistant ministers forget who they are and try to rub shoulders with their superiors in the work of the vineyard. Such erring ministers literally contest the authority of the senior minister. This usually happens when the authority lines in the ministry are not very clearly defined. Don’t allow this great error. On the road to Damascus Paul was with a team. It’s possible a couple ...

HOLD KINGDOM LEADERS IN HIGH ESTEEM

Tayo Onaleye We live in an age of "democracy believers." They have carried over the democracy spirit of freedom of speech into the kingdom. Such believers have very little or no regard for church leaders. They have no qualms taking their own leaders in the church to the cleaners. They feel no remorse speaking all manner of evil against their leaders. Imagine an usher calling the unit leader names! Imagine a deacon using derogatory language on the Senior Pastor! Such democracy believers believe that "nobody is special.....everyone is just doing their jobs" They see no difference between the secular world and the kingdom of God. This is a great error. The church of God is very different from the world and the way we do things is different too. The church is not a democratic institution but a theocratic one with the God of the kingdom spelling out the behaviors of the kingdom. The way we run the church is very different from the way politici...

STAY IN YOUR PLACE

*STAY IN YOUR PLACE......FOLLOW THE LEADING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT* Tayo Onaleye ****************** Caveat: The aim of this piece is not to castigate our beloved Apostle. No. I hold him in very high esteem. But there are one or two things we can learn from his trip to Jerusalem. Romans 15.4  For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope. ***************** From three different sources the apostle Paul was warned not to go to Jerusalem. *1. He had uneasiness in his own spirit.* Act 20:22 And now, behold, *I go bound in the spirit unto Jerusalem,* not knowing the things that shall befall me there: *2. Some believers warned him.* Act 21:4 And finding disciples, we tarried there seven days: *who said to Paul through the Spirit, that he should not go up to Jerusalem.* *3. A prophet warned him.* Acts 21. 11  And wh...

CHURCH: NOT DEMOCRATIC BUT THEOCRATIC

*One Man Final Authority.....God's leadership model* Acts 15 records the resolution of doctrinal crisis in the early church. Because the church was still in its early stages there was very little structure or documented doctrinal position. This gave room to ambiguities which was taken to Jerusalem for resolution. The elders and apostles debated the issues. But in the final analysis..... The final decision was taken by just one man....James. If you read the statements of James in verses 13 & 19 they were very direct and decisive. This is God's model of church or parachurch ministry leadership. God always puts the finality of ministry leadership on just one man or woman. God doesn't lead the church or a parachurch  ministry by a group of people. He leads by one set man.....surrounded by elders and apostles.....or counsellors A board of elders and apostles surround the set man and issues will be debated but in the final analysis, a James must have the final say...

YOUR PREACHING IS INCOMPLETE WITHOUT THIS PERSPECTIVE

Copied Dear Pastors/Teachers/Preachers/Ministers/ Apostles/Evangelists/Etc _When you preach the correct biblical principle of sowing and reaping please balance it with the biblical principle of  hard work, diligence and creativity (study Joseph) or else you will be raising a bunch of lazy Christians always expecting manna from heaven._ _When you preach the correct biblical principle of perfect and divine health please balance it with the correct biblical principle of healthy living, or else you will be raising a bunch of gluttonous Christians that will be casting the spirit of cholesterol out of obviously harmful meals._ _When you preach the principle of  transfer of the gentiles wealth balance it with the teaching of solid business planning, fiscal discipline, developing a competitive edge within your industry (who amongst you will want to build a house and not first of all count the cost....planning)_ _When you preach that God will bring knowledge to the remembrance of ...
