God works with teams.
From the beginning He said, "Let us"
If God has called you then there are some people He has called to serve on the team with you.

But those He has ordained to be on your team will respond.
Your voice resonates with their spirits.
They have a witness in their own spirit that, "this is where I belong"
Your job as the leader is to clearly and boldly declare what He has told you to do.
The people He has ordained to serve with you will respond to your voice.

Therefore boldly declare what He has told you.
