DON'T LOOK FOR WHERE TO SHOW OFF

Dear choir members, kindly read Frank Edward's birthday message to Sinach. It will inspire you greatly... @frankrichboy --. A MUST READ for anyone who desire to be great !! @therealsinach is a not a house hold name , she is a world class name the results are right before you! But the question is how did she get above the sky ???? Here goes my SINACH experience 🙏🏼 I met SINACH 14years ago when I joined the ministry As a young piano player , she became a big sister & a friend cus we were always together making music as she writes one new song everyday I kid you not 🙌🏻 so automatically I found myself rehearsing everyday 😂 working with her was not easy because she was musically ahead of me and I was finding it difficult to catch up 😩 sometimes in the middle of a rehearsal she wld say "frank I want the strings to go high at this point" then I will tell her that doesn'...

STOP JESTING WITH JESUS

Copied..... Campaign against Jokes centred on our faith, Christ and the Church is on going. Don't encourage such jokes. It is making mockery of our faith, Christian preachings and trivialising the essence of such teaching and issues of the Christian faith. Don't allow stand up comedians get away with such jokes. We haven't heard them make jokes with Islam and its teaching. Or don't Muslims have reasons to laugh and get excited? They jealously guard their faith and don't allow anyone make a Mockery of it. When Prophet Mohammed was cartooned somewhere in Denmark some years ago, we saw the global outrage by Muslims. They condemned it with every strong term and a lot of Christians in Nigeria were killed by Muslims as a result. Unfortunately, Christians allow all sorts of trivialities about our faiths thereby whittling down the essence of Christianity.  Have you considered how the psyche of Children will be affected if they read that joke which says "there will ...

DON'T PRAY FOR MORE MEMBERS

Tayo Onaleye Luk 10:2 Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest. Dear Minister.... Don't just pray for more members to be added to the flock......pray more importantly for MORE LABOURERS. Of course it is members who transition into labourers. But our focus and priorities must be very clear: it takes people with a readiness to work to get the job done. Neh 4:6 So built we the wall; and all the wall was joined together unto the half thereof: for the people had a mind to work. You may have loads of consumer members and the work will still not be done because they don't have the mind to work. They are there  to CONSUME rather than to CONTRIBUTE. You must remember that one COMMITTED person is more powerful than a hundred who are merely INTERESTED. Soul ...

DON'T VOLUNTEER FOR GOD

SOUL WINNING IS SERIOUS BUSINESS Tayo Onaleye Serving in the church with volunteer mentality is the same as "casual worker" mentality. Anything goes. But soul winning is the most important business on earth. It is the biggest business on the earth. 7 billion people need it. It is God's heart beat. It's the reason Jesus came to the earth and died. It's the reason the HOLY SPIRIT came down on the day of Pentecost. Such a big work can't be casualised. It can't be reduced to the level of volunteerism. No serious business man or woman entrusts their business to casual or volunteer staff. The greatest work definitely requires the greatest commitment. Not volunteers. Not casual workers. But committed children who put the kingdom first. Be a committed kingdom servant. Be a committed kingdom minister. Rise above the level of volunteering or casual service. It's our Father's business. It's our Master's heart cry...

CHURCH....NOT A VOLUNTEER ORGANISATION

THE CHURCH IS NOT A VOLUNTEER ORGANISATION Tayo Onaleye Rom 1:5  By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name: Christianity is a call to obedience, not to volunteering. The church is not a volunteer organization. It is a community of people obeying a heavenly call. We have been called to salvation. You become a Christian by obeying the call to salvation. We have been called to service. You serve in the kingdom by obeying a command to serve. The call to serve in the kingdom is a COMMAND. It’s not a negotiable or debatable issue. It is not an opinion. It is a command. “Go into all the world” is a very clear and direct command. It is a not a matter of personal preference or opinion. Volunteering carries the image of something OPTIONAL……you can do it if you like or want to and if you don’t want or like to you can choose not to serve.  Volunteering also means that you can walk away when you get annoyed...

Bro, go and get a job..... Leke Alder

SHOULD HE GET A JOB BEFORE MARRIAGE? By Leke Alder Dear Jil, I really don’t blame your parents for insisting your boyfriend must have a job before marriage. You may not understand because your experience of life is little. And your knowledge of men is limited. But your parents know, and they’re actually trying to protect you though you may not see it. The makeup of men is radically different from that of women. Both sexes react to lack differently. I’ll talk to you in a bit about that, but truth is you don’t even know how you will react when there’s acute lack. Many marriages have been broken unnecessarily by preventable economic pressure. It’s not as if the parties don’t love each other; it’s just that lack exerts such a heavy gravitational pressure it pulverizes love. Lack is easy to bear when marriage starts. But when the status portends permanence, then the trouble begins. Reality intrudes the rose tinted view of life. There’ll be despair and frustration because of the lack. A...

The little chap who follows me

The Little Chap Who Follows Me! A careful man I want to be; A little fellow follows me. I do not dare to go astray For fear he'll go the self same way. I cannot once escape his eyes, Whate'er he sees me do, he tries. Like me he says he's going to be; The little chap who follows me. He thinks that I'm so very fine, Believes in every word of mine. The base in me he must not see; The little chap who follows me. I must remember as I go Through summer's sun and winter's snow, I'm building for the years to be; The little chap who follows me.  Author: Unknown

SUCCESS THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT

SUCCESS THROUGH THE HOLY SPIRIT Tayo Onaleye I define success as  "Well done, thou good and faithful servant...." Matthew 25.21 I define success as hearing "well done" from God. Jesus succeeded. Concerning Him the Father said: Mat 3:17  ".......This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased." How did Jesus do it? Jesus operated in the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit. Without the Holy Spirit Jesus couldn't have succeeded the way He did. The personal and ministry successes of Jesus were due to the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Acts 10.38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. If Jesus needed the Holy Spirit then we need Him too. That is why Jesus specifically instructed the disciples not to embark upon ministry without the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Luk 24:49 And, behold, I send the pr...

INVEST AS YOU EARN

INVEST AS YOU EARN......The hope for salary earners Tayo Onaleye One of the greatest things you can do for your future is the discipline of consistent investment. Being a salary earner is not a disadvantage if you practice the discipline of consistent investment. History has shown over and over that earning a big salary does not give immunity to financial calamities. Basically, it is not so much in how much you earn as in what you do with what you earn. Wealth correlates more with investment than with income So the real deal is consistent, monthly savings ploughed into investment EVERY MONTH By doing so you would be taking advantage of the power of compound effect. And you can actually outperform big earners who don't save and invest. Make it a discipline to invest every month without default This is one of the greatest financial moves you can make for your future. So how do you do that? Put yourself into an automatic investment structure. You shouldn...

Conflicts: Take the bull by the horn

SCRIPTURAL SOLUTIONS TO CONFLICTS Tayo Onaleye Conflicts are a fact of life. Luk 17:1 ....It is impossible but that offences will come... The real issue is not "if" there would be conflicts but "how"  to handle them when they arise. There are just two scriptural solutions to conflicts. 1. Resolution with subsequent alignment Matthew 18. 15  Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. This is the preferred outcome.......on both personal and corporate levels. We resolve the issue, get back on the same page and move on in the same spirit. It happens. This is very possible by the spirit of love and the power of open and honest communication. 2. Peaceful separation As desirable as the first outcome is, it doesn't always happen. No big deal. If we can't achieve outcome No.1 then we must consider this option No. 2.....Peaceful separatio...

Poju Oyemade wrote....

You must be grounded in the practise of forgiveness. Keep your spirit fit by spending time praying in the Spirit and confessing your righteousness in God. Many in ministry have become ineffective because they have been wounded somewhere by the words and actions of others and are bleeding within. Nobody can damage your work from without but if you allow their words to injure your spirit, the work will be stalled. Ministry is like engaging in a sport, an injury will cause a drop in performance levels. Always forgive, learn this early because you will have a lot of forgiveness to do along the way - Poju Oyemade (Ministry 101)

Copied: Poju Oyemade wrote..... " Every season of your life will be characterized by certain relationships, some people will play major roles at that period in time. Serve with those individuals with all of your heart and be true to them with pure intent, however when that season is over and God is repositioning, emotional attachments may keep you from moving into the new phase. The same people cannot be with you forever and you cannot afford to carry the burden of guilt for those who couldn't make it into the next phase of your life. In the same way, you also couldn't make it into the next phase of theirs. Things change and the seasons of life change. The only person who has and will be with you through every season is God. Love people but know when a season is over."

Who are you connected to?

WHO ARE YOU CONNECTED TO? Tayo Onaleye Because of Jonah a whole ship was in jeopardy. Jonah 1. 12  And he said unto them, Take me up, and cast me forth into the sea; so shall the sea be calm unto you: for I know that for my sake this great tempest is upon you. Because of Paul all the lives on a ship were saved. Acts 27. 24  ......Fear not, Paul.......God hath given thee all them that sail with thee. It matters a great deal who you've got on board.....or whose ship you're boarding. So..... Who's on your ship.....or whose ship are you boarding........Paul....or.......Jonah?

WHAT ARE YOU BRINGING ON BOARD?

WHAT ARE YOU BRINGING ON-BOARD? Tayo Onaleye Jonah brought an aura of curses into the ship. His rebellion rubbed off on the group. Because of Jonah a whole ship was in jeopardy. Jonah 1. 12  And he said unto them, Take me up, and cast me forth into the sea; so shall the sea be calm unto you: for I know that for my sake this great tempest is upon you. Achan had the same effect. But Paul was the exact opposite. He brought an aura of blessing into the ship. Genesis 12.3 .....in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. The blessing he carried spread to others. It's called spiritual covering. Because of Paul all the lives on the ship were saved. Acts 27. 24  ......Fear not, Paul....... God hath given thee all them that sail with thee. You have a definite effect on the group. Your aura rubs off on people. You're either making the group better or bitter So..... What are you bringing on-board? What are you bringing to the company? What a...

WHY THE ATHEIST PROSPERS

THE RAIN AND THE SUN Some wonder why some godly folks suffer in perpetual penury while some not-so-religious folks swim in prosperity. The answer is simple. God gives equal natural opportunities for material success to all......believer or infidel, saint or sinner. .......for he is kind unto the unthankful and  to the evil. Luke 6.35 The natural laws and principles of success are no respecter of persons. .....time and chance happeneth to them all. Jesus, by whom and for whom all things were created (Colossians 1.16) put it this way: *.....for He maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.* Matthew 5.45 Jesus says that the elements of nature, sun and rain, are at the equal disposal of the just and the unjust, the evil and the good! No discrimination. No differential treatment. No respect of persons. So what accounts for the difference? *It's in how each uses the sun and rain.* If an evil, unjust fellow uses the ...

CODED

MINISTRY LEADERS..... If God has called you to a pioneering work, there is *a unique anointing* that you carry that cannot be found in any other ministry. No other ministry has the uniqueness of your grace, message and anointing. No other ministry has your blueprint. Stay with the uniqueness of your grace, message and anointing. It is coded and can't be found anywhere else on the earth. Therefore....  1Ti 4:12 Let no man despise you.... ISV.... Do not let anyone look down on you ...... BBE Let no one make little of you..... Don't let anyone "commonise" your ministry, anointing or grace. Don't sell yourself short. Don't look down on yourself. Stand tall and minister confidently and boldly from your uniqueness. There's something about you that the world can't duplicate. Guard it. Nourish it. And bless the world with it. You're blessed. Tayo Onaleye

My sheep hear my voice

God works with teams. From the beginning He said, "Let us" If God has called you then there are some people He has called to serve on the team with you. They will respond to you when they hear your voice. "My sheep hear my voice and they follow me" It's a destiny code. Not everyone well respond because not everyone belongs on your team. But those He has ordained to be on your team will respond. Your voice resonates with their spirits. They have a witness in their own spirit that, "this is where I belong" Your job as the leader is to clearly and boldly declare what He has told you to do. The people He has ordained to serve with you will respond to your voice. Deep calleth unto deep. Therefore boldly declare what He has told you. Be bold and very courageous.

SOW HIGH QUALITY SEEDS

HIGHEST QUALITY SEED Jeremiah 2.21(NKJ) Tayo Onaleye God deals with highest quality. He described the Israelis as a seed of highest quality. Of course they have to be because God Himself is the highest so a seed of lesser quality than the highest cannot emanate from Him. He is a God of highest quality. As a minister, the word that proceeds from you is a seed. Luke 8.11 The question is: of what quality is the seed you're ministering to the people? Is it highest, high, average or low quality seed? Every seed brings forth after it's kind. If the seed you're ministering to people is low or average quality then don't expect highest quality results from their lives. Let us devote ourselves to ministering *highest quality Word* to the people He has committed to our watch. Let us study to show ourselves approved unto God. Let us pray and meditate to take delivery of highest quality Word from heaven. Let us spend quality time in communion with the Holy...

I HAVE MADE YOU

I HAVE MADE YOU Tayo Onaleye In Genesis 17.5 God told Abraham, "I have made you a father of many nations" In Jeremiah 1.18 He told Jeremiah, "I have made you...." In both instances the people God spoke to didn't look like it. But God had said it. And that settles it. If God has called you then He has made you You are made. You may not look like it. Your bank account may not look like it. Your background may not look like it. You may not have the qualification and connection. The people around you may not see it. It doesn't matter. What matters is that you see what/who God has made you and align with it. One of the greatest challenge in life is to see you as God sees you. Believe it. Say it confidently. Live it. God has made you. Your job is to agree with God. Declare it confidently....."God has made me a father of many nations" or whatever self revelation you have by the Holy Spirit. For me, I say it confi...

3 THINGS YOU MUST KNOW ABOUT MINISTRY

MINISTRY LEADERS..... Tayo Onaleye Three things you must know about ministry. 1Timothy 1:12 And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry 1. Jesus Himself was the one who put you into ministry. You must get this very clear. It's not by gift, talent, education, wealth or any personal attribute. It is purely an election of grace. Out of the whole lot Jesus Himself singled you out. Your calling is a Jesus thing. 2. Jesus passed a vote of confidence on you *upfront* He has endorsed you as faithful. Not by your performance but by His grace. He placed His stamp of approval on you and it says, "faithful".....upfront. 3. Jesus enabled you. Jesus built into you the ability to deliver the message He has sent you. It's in you. You have what it takes. Jesus put it there. Your calling is proof that you have the capacity. The capacity preceded the calling......just as you give a bird wings before a...

RECOGNIZE YOUR GRACE

*RECOGNIZE YOUR GRACE* Dear Minister , God blesses man through man. God nourishes man through man. All humans are created equal but not equally anointed. We all don't carry the same level of grace. Some are anointed to nourish others on a large scale. Gen 50:21 Now therefore fear ye not: I will nourish you, and your little ones. And he comforted them, and spake kindly unto them Some are anointed to preserve nations. Gen 45:7 And God sent me before you to preserve you a posterity in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance. Some are carriers of inter-continental grace. Isa 9:8 The Lord sent a word into Jacob, and it hath lighted upon Israel. Some carry dispensational grace. 1Co 9:17 ..... a dispensation of the gospel is committed unto me. Eph 3:8 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ; If He called you then there is a  grace He has ...

DON'T BE INTIMIDATED

Dear Minister..... The same Words of Jesus that healed the sick and delivered the oppressed also stirred deep bitterness in the Pharisees! Luke 4.22, 28 The same Words! Don't be moved by opposition. The same message you preached that generated bitter opposition from some is establishing and getting others rooted in the kingdom! The same message! Don't bend. Don't flinch. Don't falter. Don't water down the message the Master gave you because of opposition. Stick to your message. Preach the  Word....in season and out of season Your fellow minister, Tayo Onaleye
